As far as the disks, they're excellent. 100% good writes, no coasters.
One of the keys to "no coasters" is never write at the max speed on any disk. These are rated 16x. Write at 12x. What's another 1-2 minutes anyway?

My review is about the LightScribe feature. It's intended to allow you to make your own DVD labels burned onto the disk. It's something people want. Someday, it may be great. But, right now, from a technology evolution standpoint, it's like the Wright Bros airplane compared to a 747. The write is simple B&W on a gold background which doesn't give much contrast. Pics you add look like bad copies from an old newspaper. Also, you need a LightScribe burner. And, the software which is free but you have to download and install from the website.

If you like to fund new technology development, go for it. Simple B&W text label, OK. If you're expecting to make store bought DVD labels, forget it. -- Light Scribe will disappoint
