Put simply, the Verbatim discs work really well. My experience has shown me that most companies can make single layer disks that work under most systems and software. Double layer discs are a different matter though. Verbatim double layer discs consistently outperform the other brands I've used. Verbatim discs are now the only brand I buy. -- Well worth the price - excellent double layer discs
